Born in Taiwan and raised in the United States, Michael became a California-licensed real estate broker in 1990 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and international business. He spent over 16 years conducting business across China before relocating to Hokkaido, Japan, where he has lived for more than a decade.

With deep knowledge of ski resort development and alpine land investment, Michael focuses on bridging international investors with premium Japanese opportunities, particularly in Furano, Niseko, and Rusutsu. His multilingual and multicultural background enables him to navigate cross-border negotiations with ease.
